inspection Process

Buying a home is a nerve-racking experience in our lives. There is no such thing as a perfect home, but with a home inspection, you can minimize the chance of an unwanted costly surprise. A typical inspection performed by Anderson Home Inspection on average takes 3-4 hours to complete on an averaged size home.

Our inspector takes a methodical approach as he goes through the interior and exterior of the house to identify any damaged, defected, or hazardous issues.

There are 7 major issues that Inspectors look for:

  1. Water Damage

  2. HVAC System Issues

  3. Structural Concerns

  4. Roof Age/Damage
